In her campaign for re-election, Kelli Curtis has made housing a top priority. Her approach to the housing crisis includes increasing growth around rapid transit centers, supporting the implementation of the missing middle bill, and pushing development incentives and subsidies for 0-30% AMI housing. Endorsed by the Affordable Housing Council, the Washington Housing Alliance Action Fund, and the Seattle King County Realtors, Kelli has exemplified her initiative to alleviate the housing pressures in Kirkland with an equitable approach.
