A fresh perspective, a reasonable approach, and a future-oriented mindset is what the youngest Planning Commissioner in Kenmore is bringing to his race for City Council this year. Endorsed by the Seattle King County Realtors, Nathan Loutsis understands that for strong economic vitality in Kenmore, real estate developers need to be invited to the table and included in conversation.

Nathan’s top policy objectives include increasing density downtown with mixed-use developments, increasing education on ADUs, and increasing the number of developments in the 30-50% AMI range downtown. In the same vein, incentivizing development is one of the many approaches Nathan wants to adopt to increase the velocity of growth in Kenmore.

Nathan’s bipartisan approach around growth has shown that he has the potential to be an open-minded and pragmatic leader moving forward and has thus earned the EBA’s endorsement.
